BTO is a Brain Company.

We, the founders and partners, have a vision based on long-term professional consultancy experience. This experience taught us that a company is only as good as the sum of its staff. Therefore, our partners and staff are our most important asset.

In addition to both cofounders, who worked together on joint projects and have realized the idea of their own consultancy company, we already have 2 other partners as well as employees. And we continue to look for more: any good staff member will strengthen us and is therefore welcome at BTO!

Moreover, we complement our services ourselves with freelancers which are qualified experts in our focus industries and can thus provide the corresponding project experience. Besides that there are areas of work which we cover content-wise by way of cooperation partners. This applies to e.g. legal or tax-related questions as well as specialist subject areas such as price forecast for energy issues or questions related to IT.

We also have an advisory board which lends us its subject-specific know-how and long-term management experience. Furthermore, the advisory board provides us with feedback regarding the quality of our work as well as current topics of the focus industries.
