Compared to a strictly profit-oriented consultancy we deem this to be of significant additional benefit for you. We thus are able to integrate tax-related, legal or technical solutions into the concept and to reduce interfaces. The latter particularly applies in case of M&A clients in which case various due diligences have to be rendered jointly.

By means of our cooperations we are able to contribute project specific know-how, if needed. This concerns e.g. technical questions as well as specific topics such as price forecasts for electricity and gas or a distinct knowledge of less transparent markets in Central and Eastern Europe.
